Help with BestCapture.

For account, billing, capture or cloud questions, email support@bestcapture.app. Include the BestCapture version and your operating system, but never send passwords, payment card details or private screenshots unless support explicitly asks for a safe diagnostic.

Screen capture permission

BestCapture needs screen-capture permission on Windows, Linux or Mac to capture the area you select. The app requests this only after your explicit action. If permission changes, quit and reopen BestCapture before testing again.

Keyboard shortcuts

Screenshot and OCR shortcuts are set in the BestCapture desktop app. If another app owns a shortcut, change or disable the conflicting shortcut there.

Cloud and licence

Sign in with the Alcanca account used for your purchase. Each subscription or licence activates its own product.
